HEIKAL GROUP
We believe thriving communities are built through vision, dedication, and a genuine commitment to the people who live in them. Rooted in Middlesex and Lambton counties, we proudly invest in communities, especially rural areas, where opportunities for growth and innovation are often limited, yet the potential is boundless.
Our journey began with Angels Childcare, now serving families across four centres, and continues with Group 52 Property Management, thoughtfully designed housing developments, and plans for a world-class sports and wellness centre. Each project reflects our passion for creating places where families, businesses, and communities can flourish. We are driven to spark economic growth, create meaningful jobs, and develop spaces that inspire people to stay, work, and grow where they live.
Our mission is simple but powerful: to empower communities to thrive-strong, connected, and brimming with opportunity for generations to come.

The Heikal Group was founded by Mostafa Heikal, an entrepreneur with a lifelong passion for building opportunities that strengthen communities. Growing up in Alexandria, Egypt, Mostafa worked alongside his family in their successful business, where he developed both his work ethic and his entrepreneurial spirit. From a young age, he dreamed of creating something of his own, something that would have a lasting impact.
After moving to Canada, Mostafa quickly noticed a gap in services in rural communities. While many businesses focused on larger cities, smaller communities were often overlooked. Seeing the potential, and inspired by the pride and sense of belonging he found in Middlesex and Lambton Counties, he began investing in projects that would bring both economic growth and real, meaningful value to the people living there.
One of his first success stories was Angels Childcare, a true labour of love, where his own children attended and where local families finally had access to high-quality early learning close to home. As he worked with families, councils, and community leaders, Mostafa began to see other gaps that needed to be filled like affordable housing, property management, and wellness opportunities. This led to the creation of Group 52 Property Management, new housing developments with thoughtfully designed mixed-use spaces, and plans for a large-scale sports centre and spa retreat. Each project reflects his belief that rural communities deserve the same opportunities, services, and investments that are readily available in larger cities.
Mostafa’s vision is simple: to create spaces where families can thrive, businesses can grow, and communities can feel proud and connected for generations to come. Guided by a commitment to innovation, economic growth, and community impact, he continues to explore new opportunities, whether expanding childcare, advancing housing solutions, or looking ahead to new projects. For Mostafa, it all comes back to family and community, building the kind of places where people want to live, work, and stay.
