Housing, Childcare, and Community Spaces: Gainsborough Update

We’re excited to share an update on the Gainsborough Building project, a development that represents our ongoing commitment to meeting community needs in meaningful ways. Slated for northwest London, this proposed 101-unit apartment building will bring much-needed housing to a growing area while also incorporating childcare and commercial space to serve local families and businesses.

Our team has been working diligently on the plans, and with drawings ready, we’re preparing to present at the upcoming October 1st council meeting. This marks an important next step in moving the project forward.

The Gainsborough project is about more than bricks and mortar, it’s about creating opportunities for people to live, work, and access essential services close to home. By combining housing, childcare, and retail in one thoughtfully designed space, we’re helping to address multiple community needs at once.
