Recognition for Inclusion: Welcoming Workplace Award 2025

On February 26, 2025, we were honoured to receive the London & Middlesex Local Immigration Partnership Welcoming Workplace Award, presented to Angels Childcare at the All Are Welcome Here event. This recognition celebrates organizations that create inclusive workplaces, actively recruit and support newcomers, and contribute positively to their communities.

At Angels Childcare, and across The Heikal Group, we are proud of the diverse team we’ve built. For more than five years, we have embraced the talents of immigrant staff, provided meaningful career opportunities, and partnered with local employment support agencies to connect with newcomer talent. This award is a reflection of those efforts and, more importantly, of the incredible contributions our team members make every day.

Inclusion, growth, and community impact are values that guide all of our projects, from childcare and housing to property management and wellness initiatives. Receiving this award reinforces that we’re on the right path: investing not just in buildings or businesses, but in people.
